All orders are subject to a no free shipping policy.
Shipping charges are applied based on the region, with varying minimum order values for eligibility.
Delivery times are calculated from the time the order is confirmed (T), where “T” represents the date of order placement. The expected delivery time is shown as T + X days, where X is the number of days after the order confirmation.

Shipping Regions and Charges

We deliver across India with differentiated shipping terms based on the region of delivery. Below are the specific conditions for various regions:

1. Within Bangalore

Minimum Order Value: ₹500
Shipping Charges: ₹30
Estimated Delivery Time: T + 1 business day
Orders within Bangalore will be processed and delivered promptly within the next business day, ensuring minimal wait times.

2. Within Karnataka (Outside Bangalore)

Minimum Order Value: ₹1,500
Shipping Charges: ₹60
Estimated Delivery Time: T + 3 business days
Orders to any location within Karnataka, outside of Bangalore, will incur a nominal shipping fee and are typically delivered within three business days.

3. South India (States Outside Karnataka)

Minimum Order Value: ₹2,500
Shipping Charges: ₹150
Estimated Delivery Time: T + 6 business days
For deliveries across Southern Indian states (including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana), orders are dispatched with a delivery timeframe of up to six business days.

4. North India

Minimum Order Value: ₹2,500
Shipping Charges: ₹250
Estimated Delivery Time: T + 7 business days
Shipping to North Indian regions (including Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and other Northern states) will require a higher shipping fee, with deliveries taking up to seven business days.

Additional Information

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.
Business Days: Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues may result in delays. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not offer international shipping.
